Diaper Bank
Through our partnership with Help a Mother Out, Family Connections provides diapers to CalWORKs, CalFresh, and Medi-Cal families with children under 2 years old. Contact Kathia with questions.

Grocery Program
Each month, we host two food distribution days for families to pick up free boxes of fresh produce and grocery items.

Family Connections Tours
Families and community members are welcome to visit us! Schedule a tour of either our Portola center (2565 San Bruno Avenue) or Excelsior center (5016 Mission Street) to learn about our Pre-K and education programs, meet our teachers and family support staff, see our outdoor spaces, and experience a sample of our activities.
