Eligibility Requirements:

- Must be a current San Francisco resident, AND
- Must be low-income according to MOHCD income guidelines (under 80% AMI), AND
- Must have at least one child under 18 years old to qualify
- Qualifying zip codes: 94134, 94124, 94112, 94110

September applications will open on Friday, September 4 at 11:00 AM. Each family may submit one application and choose to pick up at Portola, Excelsior, or both.

Las solicitudes para septiembre se abrirán el viernes 4 de septiembre a las 11:00 AM. Cada familia puede presentar una solicitud y elegir recoger los alimentos en Portola, Excelsior o en ambos lugares.
Đơn đăng ký cho tháng 9 sẽ mở vào lúc 11:00 Sáng, Thứ Sáu, ngày 4 tháng 9. Mỗi gia đình có thể nộp một đơn và chọn nhận thực phẩm tại Portola, Excelsior hoặc cả hai địa điểm.
