Food Distribution Application
Eligibility Requirements:

- Must be a current San Francisco resident, AND
- Must be facing food insecurity or economic hardship, AND
- Must have at least one child under 18 years old to qualify

Each family may submit one application every three months at either Portola or Excelsior (not both).
If more than one application is submitted, the application may not be accepted.
每個家庭 每三個月只可提交一份申請，並且 只能選擇 Portola 或 Excelsior 其中一個中心（不可同時申請）。
如提交多於一份申請，該申請可能不被接受。
Cada familia puede enviar una solicitud cada tres meses, en Portola o Excelsior (no en ambos).
Si se envía más de una solicitud, la solicitud puede no ser aceptada.
Mỗi gia đình chỉ có thể nộp một đơn đăng ký mỗi ba tháng, tại Portola hoặc Excelsior (không được đăng ký cả hai).
Nếu nộp hơn một đơn, đơn đăng ký có thể không được chấp nhận.
