Thank you for joining us at the Family Carnival, hosted by Family Connections and Excelsior Action Group! Over 750 people joined us on a perfect blue-sky Saturday in Balboa Park for carnival games, arts and crafts, popcorn and treats, magic, bubbles, and more.
