DESCRIPTION:Los participantes aprenderán a reconocer y comprender los cambios emocionales que pueden ocurrir después del parto\, incluyendo las señales de depresión y ansiedad posparto. Aprenderán cuándo es importante buscar ayuda\, cómo cuidar su bienestar emocional mientras cuidan a su bebé y cómo pedir y aceptar apoyo. Los participantes también aprenderán cómo apoyar a su pareja o a un ser querido que esté pasando por dificultades emocionales y dónde encontrar recursos comunitarios y apoyo profesional. \nIn this workshop\, participants will learn how to recognize and understand the emotional changes that can happen after childbirth\, including signs of postpartum depression and anxiety. They will learn when to seek help\, how to care for their emotional well-being while caring for their baby\, and how to ask for and accept support.
