Durante la gestación\, es común sentir alegría junto con ansiedad\, cambios de humor y preocupaciones sobre el futuro. Después del nacimiento\, pueden aparecer cansancio extremo\, estrés\, adaptación al vínculo con el bebé y cambios en la identidad personal. En algunos casos\, surgen dificultades como la depresión posparto o ansiedad. Este taller les ayudan a reconocer estas emociones\, mejorar la comunicación\, apoyar a la pareja y desarrollar estrategias para afrontar esta etapa de forma más saludable.\n \n~ \nThe emotional changes experienced before and after pregnancy are intense and affect not only the mother but also fathers and caregivers. During gestation\, it is common to feel joy alongside anxiety\, mood swings\, and concerns about the future. After the birth\, extreme fatigue\, stress\, the process of bonding with the baby\, and shifts in personal identity may emerge. In some cases\, difficulties such as postpartum depression or anxiety may arise. This workshop helps participants recognize these emotions\, improve communication\, support their partner\, and develop strategies to navigate this stage in a healthier way.  \nREGISTER/REGISTARSE
