Current Openings

The Development Manager executes and manages development and communications-related responsibilities, serving as an ambassador for Family Connections Centers and the community. In alignment with the department’s goals and strategies, the position develops the materials and strategies that increase the visibility, participation, and funding of our programs. They will work to highlight FCC’s impact and expand our network of donors, volunteers, and community partners. Using program data, creative storytelling, attractive design, various communications platforms, and strategic thinking, they will engage our diverse audience, amplify FCC’s mission, and connect with participants, staff, funders, media, and partners in the education and family support fields.

The Childcare Assistant provides supervision and facilitates age-appropriate activities for young children ranging from 6 months to 11 years old while their parents/caregivers participate in program workshops, support groups, or other FCC events. The Childcare Assistant incorporates their talents, skills, and creative activities ranging from arts, sports, science, etc.

The Substitute Teacher supports our goal to work closely with teachers and parents/caregivers to enhance their involvement in their child’s educational development. Programs include: First Steps (play group), Pop N’ Play, Pre-K, school age programs, and childcare for our workshops and support groups. Our goal is to ensure children and families have a smooth transition through each stage of their lives.
